Fat Cats Adoption Application

Adoption Policies:

To meet the requirements for adopting a pet from Texas Rustlers Fat Cats you:

- Must be 18 years of age or older and provide identification showing present address.

- Must provide for this pet for the rest of his or her life even through life changes that can make owning a pet difficult.

- Must have the consent of your landlord if you are renting.

- Must update microchip with owner information changes within 24 hours.

- Must visit a licensed veterinarian of your choice within 14 days of adoption finalization to establish care.

- Must get all follow-up vaccinations ON SCHEDULE.

- Must agree to send follow-up reports to TRFC when requested within 24 hours.

- TEXAS RUSTLERS FAT CATS (TRFC) RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADOPTION TO ANYONE.

- Any deposit paid to reserve a cat(s) is non refundable unless something happens to the health of the cat that would prevent adoption.

Applications can take up to 48 hours to respond to while TRFC confirms your information, any incomplete application will not be considered.
